Discarded Nut Theatre Company's Adult Acting Company offers a unique opportunity for anyone with a love of performing and the desire to have some fun whilst devising, writing and performing an original fictional podcast for public broadcast.

“The Wessex Way” tells the story of Alfie Wessex, artistic director of the village of Nether Stoke’s amateur dramatic society.  This everyday story of theatre folk, focuses on Alfie’s struggles to balance the dramas of his family life with the dramatic going’s on of his raffle-taggle band of actors.
